Today, the ceremonial closing of the specialized agricultural exhibition showcasing the achievements of the agro-industrial complex, "Kazan Agro-2026," took place. A total of 314 companies from 37 regions of Russia and two foreign countries participated in the exhibition. Over the course of three days, 12,457 industry professionals, as well as 2,662 students from schools, colleges, and universities, attended the exhibition.

The discussion, which brought together representatives of government, science, business, and youth organizations, focused on finding effective strategies to inspire the next generation to choose rural life and careers. Particular attention was paid to practical mechanisms for implementing the federal project "Personnel in the Agricultural Sector" and the national project "Technological Support for Food Security."
A roundtable discussion on "Prospects for the Development of Small Businesses in the Republic of Tatarstan: Problems, Trends, and Priorities" was held as part of the specialized agricultural exhibition Kazan Agro 2026. Niyaz Khuramshin, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, moderated the meeting.
