The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan is accepting applications for a competitive selection of applicants for a grant to develop the material and technical base of start-up agricultural consumer cooperatives. The selection is conducted in accordance with the Procedure for the allocation of grants from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan for the development of the material and technical base of agricultural consumer cooperatives, approved by Resolution No. 572 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated July 14, 2021, "On measures of grant support for the agro-industrial complex."

In the Republic of Tatarstan, 114,000 hectares of land remain to be harvested, with sunflowers accounting for the majority of the harvest at 75,500 hectares. Corn for grain has been threshed on 28,500 hectares, or 56% of the planned area.

The 6th Russia-China Business Forum, organized by the Russia-China Committee for Friendship, Peace, and Development, will be held in Xi'an from November 23 to 25, 2025. It will serve as a unified space, bringing together thematic platforms covering key areas of cooperation between Russian and Chinese business circles.

Today, August-Agro held a gala event dedicated to Agricultural and Processing Industry Workers' Day at the Korston State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company in Kazan. Today, Rafael Fattakhov, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, visited the Alekseevsky Municipal District of the Republic of Tatarstan.

A new "Farmer's Island" opened in Kazan today. It features farm products, including dairy, meat, sausage, and confectionery products, from 30 agricultural producers from 17 municipal districts of the republic. Niyaz Khuramshin, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, attended the opening.

Today, Marat Zyabbarov, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan and Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, visited the Zelenodolsk Municipal District of the Republic of Tatarstan on a working visit.

The development of the digital economy and the widespread adoption of advanced technologies are opening up significant opportunities in the agricultural sector. The Tatar branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "RosAgrokhimSluzhba" is actively working in this area. It is no coincidence that the seminar "Smart Technologies in Agribusiness: From Field Monitoring to Risk Management" was held at this branch. Rais Idrisov, Deputy Head of the Engineering and Technical Support Department, participated in the event.

Today, the State Duma of the Russian Federation held a "government hour" on the topic of "Development of modern production and advanced processing technologies in the agro-industrial complex as the basis for Russia's food security and food accessibility for the population." The meeting was attended by State Duma Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin, Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Patrushev, Minister of Agriculture Oksana Lut, Minister of Industry and Trade Anton Alikhanov, and representatives of relevant committees.
