All-Russian online marathon "Public easement, security zones and unauthorized construction: the latest legislation and practice 2022" invites listeners
On February 16, an online marathon "Public easement, protected areas and unauthorized construction: the latest legislation and practice 2022" organized by ASER Group will be held.
The speakers of the marathon will speak on the following topics:
- Permitted use of land;
- Issues of registration of rights and conditions for the placement of linear objects;
- The latest indemnity issues. Zones with special conditions for the use of the territory (legal regulation from 2022, urban planning regulations, recommendations for establishment);
- The ratio of the security zone and public easement;
- Unauthorized construction and unregistered land use (clarification of the rules on the status of unauthorized buildings in 2022, regulation and practical solutions).
At the end of each block there will be an online discussion (the speaker answers the questions of the participants live).
