A working meeting was held at the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan on the investment project of the Qummy foodtech company

Today, a working meeting with representatives of the Qummy foodtech enterprise was held at the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan. The event was attended by First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Nail Zalakov, project manager for the export of Halal products of RATSIN JSC Rustem Gainullov, Qummy CEO Artem Simonyants, Qummy Operations Director Sergey Muskhanov, founder of Halal Planet Group of Companies Radik Gafurov.

During the meeting, the guests presented an investment project, within the framework of which it is proposed to launch a kitchen factory in the Republic of Tatarstan.

 

Qummy foodtech is a company that started its activity in January 2020, creating a number of innovative technologies in food production. For June, 2021 Qummy has more than 150 food outlets in 34 cities in 21 regions and two countries. The technology allows you to save ready-made meals without loss of quality for a period of 180 days and open catering points without chefs and kitchens. Among the innovative developments of the company: artificial intelligence, which includes algorithms for combining ingredients, ways to turn ingredients into elements of a dish, as well as an installation that recognizes food, automatically generating programs for removing ice from and subsequent cooking of dishes, which allows you to get completely ready in 6 minutes restaurant quality dish.

 

Artem Simonyants noted that the ready-made frozen food technology created by Qummy has a high export potential.

As a result of the meeting, it was decided to inspect several sites for locating production.
