Lenar Garipov visited Verkhneuslonsky district on a working trip
Today, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Lenar Garipov examined the MTF KFH "Fatykhova A.Z." in Verkhneuslonsky district and held a meeting with managers and specialists of the enterprise.
The event was also attended by Rishat Zaripov, Head of the Main State Agricultural Department of Livestock Breeding of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, Fannur Zaripov, Director of the Elit Breeding Enterprise, and Airat Garaev, Director of the Republican Veterinary Laboratory of the Republic of Tatarstan.
“We came to see the enterprise - how they milk here, how cows are fed, in what conditions they are kept. We gave all our recommendations to the leaders. What diet should cows have, how to care for them. What should be the premises, ventilation, watering place. We also talked about the form of remuneration of employees. The motivation system should also be fine-tuned. In 1-2 months we will return here with a new check,” said Lenar Garipov.
