Today Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov took part in the grand opening of the first stage of the BUT BIG 6 heavy cross-country turkey hatching egg reproducer. This is a project of the Branko Nitra company (Slovak Republic) on the territory of the Russian Federation.

At the end of 2022, for the first time in the history of Tatarstan, they received 2 million tons of milk. This was announced today at the Government House by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov.

Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov joined the New Year's event "Wish Tree". It has been held since 2018 on the eve of the New Year. New Year's dreams are collected on a special website from everyone who falls under the criteria of the project - children and the elderly with serious illnesses, orphans, children from families with incomes below the subsistence level.

Today, the Ministry, chaired by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov, hosted the last working meeting this year on topical issues of the agro-industrial complex. It was attended by deputy ministers, heads of district agricultural departments, heads of enterprises. During the meeting, issues of financing agricultural enterprises for the next year, issues of providing mineral fertilizers and seeds for the 2023 harvest, issues of animal husbandry and the progress in preparing equipment for spring field work were discussed.

This Saturday, the final agricultural fairs were held in the republic. In the periods from March 19 to April 23 and from September 10 to December 24, 22 fair days were held at 15 sites in Kazan, 2 sites in the Zelenodolsk municipal district and Naberezhnye Chelny, three sites in Nizhnekamsk and in 26 municipal regions of the republic.

Today, the re-election conference of the Horse Breeding and Equestrian Sports Federations of the Republic of Tatarstan was held. The event was attended by Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Lenar Garipov, director of Kazan Hippodrome LLC Marat Gilfanov, deputy head of the auxiliary production department, equestrian sports curator of PJSC Tatneft Giyaz Idiyatullin, members of the Federation.

The Ministry of Agriculture of Russia is reorganizing the system of federal institutions for land reclamation in the Volga region. By order of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia dated December 19, 2022 No. 593 “On the reorganization of the federal state budgetary institution “Department of Land Reclamation and Agricultural Water Supply in the Republic of Tatarstan”, a procedure has begun for joining Tatmeliovodkhoz with three departments of land reclamation and agricultural water supply located in the Kirov region, the Republic of Mari El and the Udmurt Republic.

During 2022, August-Agro Management Company equipped agricultural machines on its farms in the Republic of Tatarstan with fuel level sensors with an automated alarm for responsible persons. The main effect of the digital innovation was the reduction in the consumption rates of fuels and lubricants on trucks: for example, in 2021, the average fuel consumption on KamAZ trucks of August-Agro agricultural firms amounted to 52.7 liters per 100 km, and in 2022 - already 49.3 liters, that is, 6.5% less. On the scale of the Tatarstan agricultural business of the company "August" (more than 190 thousand hectares of arable land), the savings are very significant. Fuel sensors help determine the amount of fuel required for operation with maximum accuracy in advance and avoid the risk of fuel drains.
