Tatarstan is taking part in the XVIth Russian Agro-Industrial Exhibition “Golden Autumn” which is held in Moscow on October 8-11. The Tatarstan display occupies 200 square meters which is much bigger than the displays of other Russian Federation constituent entities. The Tatarstan agrarian delegation is headed by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan – Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Akhmetov.

By October 6, 2014 according to the recent data of AIC administrative bodies of the Russian Federation constituent entities 40.3 million ha with grains and pulses were thrashed, which is 89.3% of the total harvesting area (last year – 37 million ha).

On September 30, a meeting of scientists and Udmurt agricultural specialists took place in the FSBSI “Tatar Agrarian Scientific-Research Institute”. Chief of Vavozhsk agricultural administration Yury Naimanov, director of the farm household named after Michurin Vladimir Kapeev and the chief agronomist of the farm household Boris Borisov participated in the meeting.

According to the recent data of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan 1,325,500 ha with grain crops and pulses have been thrashed in the republic by September 7, which makes up 85% of the total area. 304,000 ha with spring wheat and 393,500 ha with barley have been thrashed.

Today Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Akhmetov has inspected autumn agricultural fairs. Today a series of traditional autumn fairs of agricultural products has started in Tatarstan. The fairs will be open till the beginning of the winter.

According to the recent data of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan 1,274,100 ha with grain crops and pulses have been thrashed in the republic by September 5, which makes up 82% of the total area. 262,100 ha with spring wheat and 385,700 ha with barley have been thrashed.

By September 4 2,800 tons of potato have been harvested on the territory of 0.2 thousand ha. The crop yield is 152.5 dt/ha.
48,700 tons of sugar-beet have been harvested on the territory of 1,600 ha. The crop yield is 304.3 dt/ha.

According to the recent data of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan 1,235,600 ha with grain crops and pulses have been thrashed in the republic by September 3, which makes up 80% of the total area. 231,600 ha with spring wheat and 379,100 ha with barley have been thrashed.
