Potato Harvesting has been Started in the Republic

By September 4 2,800 tons of potato have been harvested on the territory of 0.2 thousand ha. The crop yield is 152.5 dt/ha.

48,700 tons of sugar-beet have been harvested on the territory of 1,600 ha. The crop yield is 304.3 dt/ha.

5,900 ha with rape have been thrashed in the republic, 11,700 tons have been milled.

1,259,600 ha with grain crops and pulses have been thrashed, which makes up 81% of the total area. 2.8 million tons of crops have been milled.

Winter sowing campaign is going on. According to the recent data of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan 51% of the territories have been sowed, which makes up 359,100 ha.
