The business activity of the villagers is increasing, opening individual enterprises, expanding personal subsidiary plots. The number of self-employed is growing. There is also the first experience of agricultural consumer cooperatives. The most successful cooperative is Yulduz, formed on the territory of the Chuteevsky rural settlement in the end of last year.

From February 12 to 14, the Tatarstan Agro-Industrial Forum and the specialized exhibition TatAgroExpo will be held with the participation of over 3,000 representatives of the agro-industrial complex from 300 organizations and enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan and Russian regions. Today, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan summed up the results of the livestock industry in January 2020. The meeting was chaired by the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, Lenar Garipov.

Today, an international congress of rural youth has opened in Kazan with the participation of more than 200 delegates from Tatarstan, 50 constituent entities of Russia and 25 countries of the world. In particular, from the CIS countries, Germany, Egypt, the Congo, India, Spain, Lithuania, Morocco, Mexico, Nigeria, Pakistan, Poland, Portugal, Northern Macedonia, Northern Ireland, Serbia, Senegal, Slovenia, Turkey and Estonia.

Tatarstan and the Czech Republic have great potential for the development of cooperation in agriculture. The meeting was held in the Kazan Kremlin. The meeting was attended by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Czech Republic to the Russian Federation Vitezslav Pivonka and Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov.
