Rural youth from 25 districts of the republic gathered at the SUNNYFEST festival

This weekend in Mamadyshsky district was held "SUNNYFEST" - a fun winter festival that combines traditional sleigh rides with creativity.

Rural youth from 25 districts of our vast republic and two regions of Russia became participants in the festival. According to the rules of the competition, the teams needed to make unusual sledges, come up with original costumes and a small performance before the descent.

In the nomination “Drove” for the longest descent from the mountain, the first place was taken by the team “Aliens” from Sarmanovsky district, the second place - “Culture” from Mamadysh district and the third place - “Futuka kids” from Menzelinsky district.

In the nomination “Like clockwork” for the fastest descent, the “Merry Company” team from Rybnaya Sloboda took the 1st place, the “King and His Team” from the Tukaevsky District took the 2nd place, and the Mult-Patrol from Chistopolsky district took the 3rd place.

In the nomination “Where has it been seen”, for the most creative sleds, the team “Beauty and Bandaged Lar” from Zainsk took the 1st place, the 2nd place - “Bogatyrs” from the Mamadyshsky district and the 3rd place - “Warriors of Sparta” from Nizhnekamsk.

The audience award was won by the White Kremlin team from Kazan, the Grand Prix by the Heavenly Brothers from Nizhnekamsk and Wait a minute from Mamadyshsky District.

As part of the SunnyFEST International Festival of Creative Sledges, the head of the Mamadysh region, Anatoly Ivanov, called the holiday one of the brightest and most modern brands of the region. Next year he is going to personally test the ice track.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan notes that the festival day was remembered not only by unusual sleighs, a craft fair, but also became a truly vivid and memorable holiday for children, rural youth and foreign guests who came to visit it as part of the International Congress of Rural Youth.
