In accordance with the instructions of the Government of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia concluded an agreement with Tatarstan aimed at providing subsidies to flour-grinding and bakery enterprises. The mechanism assumes compensation to flour producers for part of the costs of purchasing milling wheat, and to bakery enterprises - for the sale of bread and bakery products.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan informs that preferential "short" and investment loans at a rate of 1 to 5% per annum can be obtained for the digitization of agricultural enterprises, the purchase of equipment for marking and other purposes. This is stated in the order of the Ministry of Agriculture.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan informs that the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin signed a decree on amendments to the state program for the development of agriculture. The document, in particular, provides the easing of requirements for job creation for recipients of Agrostartup grants. Now the head of the farm will be able to receive up to 2 million rubles, even if he works alone, and over 2 million rubles - if he attracts a new employee. In addition, applicants will no longer be subject to the requirement that they have no tax arrears if the amount of such arrears does not exceed RUB 10,000, which will also make it easier to receive grants.
Bakeries are compensated for part of the costs associated with the production. The rules for the payment of such compensation were approved by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
The processing and marketing agricultural consumer cooperative "Umyrzaya" of the Sabinsky district has been operating in the republic since 2009. The cooperative includes four small peasant farms, one private household plot and nine agricultural organizations of the region that maintain livestock.
This year, at the initiative of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan, the President of the Republic, Rustam Minnikhanov, made a decision to allocate 10 million rubles for a program for the sale of vegetable seeds to the rural population.
On November 11, a working meeting was held at the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on issues of increasing the business activity of the rural population, the development of small business forms, the promotion of rural employment and the integrated development of rural territories. Parliamentarians and representatives of relevant ministries and departments discussed how the protocol, signed in August this year, is being implemented.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan pays great attention to the development of small and medium enterprises in rural areas. Today, in every district there are people who have opened their own business with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Production of the Republic of Tatarstan, farmers and young entrepreneurs who are doing what they love in their native village. One of them is the Valiev family from the Tukaevsky district. In 2019, they received a grant from the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan in the amount of 200 thousand rubles by the republican program for the development of mini-farms.
The authorities will continue to support the agro-industrial complex in Russia, so that agriculture in the country becomes high-tech, productive and competitive. "Much is yet to be done", Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said at the opening ceremony of the Golden Autumn exhibition.
