In the fields of the Buinsky district, the harvesting of sugar beets, which farmers cultivated on an area of 7011 hectares, is gaining momentum.
Today, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov paid a working visit to the Kukmor region.
The event was attended by the head of the district Farit Khusnullin and the head of the department of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan Albert Sharipov.
In Tatarstan, another million tons of grain of the new harvest was threshed. According to the data of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, as of August 10, grain and leguminous crops in the republic were harvested (threshed) from 506.3 thousand hectares, which is 34% of the area of these crops.
In the village of Yamashurma, Vysokogorsky district, black currants have been harvested for several weeks.
Nikolai Skokov, a farmer from the village of Sloboda Petropavlovskaya, will soon start harvesting. Rapeseed, mustard, winter wheat, rye and spring wheat ripen on an area of 3,500 hectares. Two new Nova-340 combine harvesters and three Niva combine harvesters will be involved in the grain harvesting. Nova is an alternative to the common model SK-5 Niva, adapted to domestic operating conditions and has maximum localization.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan reports that producers and processors of agricultural products will be able to extend the previously taken preferential short-term loan for a year. According to Victoria Abramchenko, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, this will be one of measures to support the industry amid the spread of coronavirus.
Harvesting feed is taken under a special control of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan.
