Today, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov paid a working visit to the Kukmor region.

He took part in the ceremonial line dedicated to the Day of Knowledge in the Manzaras rural school, congratulated teachers, students and their parents on the beginning of the new academic year, wished them success in their studies.

As part of his working visit, Marat Zyabbarov got acquainted with the construction of a modern slaughterhouse with a waste-free production cycle of the Saban cooperative in the Oluyaz rural settlement.

- We have been producing meat for a long time, so the slaughterhouse was necessary. The cooperative "Saban" was organized by us in 2017, and currently it has 17 members involved in animal husbandry. We accept livestock from them, slaughter, process and ship raw materials to retail outlets. We accept animals from members of the cooperative at higher prices, - said Ainur Bayramov.

The construction of the slaughterhouse was started in 2019. It covers 13 hectares of land and the building area is 756 square meters. The slaughterhouse is being built remotely from the settlement, in accordance with sanitary and veterinary requirements and meets all modern requirements. In the future, with the assistance of the cooperative, they plan to update the equipment. There are plans to purchase a convenient vehicle for transporting finished products.

- We are planning to build a shop here with a waste-free production cycle. Slaughter, processing and packing halls will be located in one room. We are also thinking about the production of semi-finished products. Of course, this will greatly expand the boundaries of our services and capabilities, - said the chairman of the cooperative.

Then the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan visited the poultry farm of Ilnur Samigullin's peasant farm in Baylyangar, where he got acquainted with the progress of the overhaul of two poultry houses.

- The poultry house consists of six buildings. Four of them are renovated premises, and two are being built from scratch. One building can accommodate about 80 thousand chickens, - said Ilnur Samigullin. - We are also thinking of placing a warehouse, a feed mill here.

At the turkey farm of the Indyuzhina cooperative, Marat Zyabbarov was told about how the cooperative was created. Nafik Magyarov acquired a dilapidated farm between the villages of Turkash and Nyrty and equipped it for raising turkeys. This is how the turkey cooperative arose, today it employs 5 people. The head of this farm is Ilnur, the son of Nafik Madyarov. But Nafik Akhmadievich met the distinguished guests personally.

The work on the farm is incessant. Today, three buildings are operating at full capacity, they contain more than 35 thousand turkeys. The fourth building is also ready to receive poultry.

The Gavrilov Agrofirm has started construction of a modern dairy complex for 1200 cows in Pochinok Kuchuk rural settlement. The first phase of this construction will be completed in 2020. It is planned to build a barn for 600 dairy cows, designed for 25 heads of a Europarallel milking parlor. At the second stage, in 2021, another barn for 600 heads will be built. According to the owners, they plan to buy breeding heifers from abroad. The society does not have agricultural land. Therefore, they plan to feed the cows with monocorm, which is produced in the nearby feed shops.

“At present, the frame of the first building is being assembled and the foundation of the second is being laid,” said Ilnar Khambikov, head of the agricultural firm, who met the guests.

At the end of the trip, Marat Zabbarov met with the heads of agricultural enterprises and wished them success in harvesting.

- Today we visited many parts of the Kukmorsky region. I was pleased that there is order everywhere, there are no uncultivated fields, cooperatives and roads are being built. The plans for the future are ambitious: it is planned to increase the gross daily milk yield to 400-500 tons. The paramount task today is the timely completion of the harvesting campaign, therefore it is important to effectively use every fine day, - noted the head of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan.
