“Spring this year came early. The work on harrowing perennial grasses, feeding winter crops, and harrowing of plowland is planned to start on April 12. Technique is ready for planting. On April 10, the commission, which arrived in the region from the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan, gave a positive assessment of the readiness of the machine-technical park, machinery for spring field work in the farms. Prior to this, on April 4, we ourselves with the commissions evaluated the readiness of the equipment, ”said Engel Fattakhov, Head of Aktanyshsky District, opening the agricultural conference which was held with the participation of heads of agricultural organizations, heads of rural settlements, farmers and responsible specialists of the area. The conference was also attended by scientists leading the main scientific activities in the field of agriculture of Tatarstan, scientists from Bashkortostan.

In Tatarstan, in seven municipal districts, water was being closed on the fields. As Irek Sadykov, the head of the agriculture development department of the ministry, noted, the farmers of the Yutazinsky, Aznakaevsky, Almetyevsky, Nurlatsky, Alekseevsky, Zainsky, Sarmanovsky municipal districts were the first to start this work in the republic.

It was said 8th of April at a meeting held at the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan with Deputy Minister Ildus Gabdrakhmanov. The theme of the meeting was to increase the efficiency of cultivation of forage crops for irrigation in the farms of the Republic of Tatarstan. Also Deputy Minister Nazip Hazipov, Director of the FSBI Tatmeliovodkhoz Management Mars Khismatullin, Professor of Kazan State Agrarian University Faik Sofiollin, representatives of farms and other responsible persons took part in the event.
