In general, to conduct seasonal field work in 2019, the republic’s farms will need about 140 thousand tons of fuel and lubricants.
“Today an agreement has been concluded with Tatneft for the supply of 70 thousand tons of diesel fuel at a preferential price of 42.7 thousand rubles per ton, which will make it possible to carry out a sowing campaign in optimal time,” said Ildus Gabdrakhmanov, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan. .
According to him, in the spring field work will be involved, in particular, 11 thousand tractors, 6 thousand seed drills and cultivators, 650 wide-spread sowing complexes. Today, over 95% percent of tractors and other agricultural equipment available on farms are repaired and prepared for sowing campaigns in farms.
“From April 8, will be organized commission checks on the readiness of machinery for spring field work in all regions of the republic,” added Gabdrakhmanov.
