Modern technology and mentoring practice - the secrets of the success of Zainsk agrarians
In the Zainsky district, the results of the regional competition among the organizations of the agro-industrial complex on readiness for the spring field campaign of this year were summed up.
The competition was held with the participation of the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic Talgat Tagirzyanov, the head of the district Razif Karimov, the head of the Department of Agriculture and Food Fargat Kamaliyev and specialists of Agrosila.
The champion of the competition with the maximum number of points became the production complex "Chubukly". The second place was taken by Niva LLC. The third place was given to the Axarino production complex.
According to the head of the district Razif Karimov, this competition is held to increase the interest of agricultural producers and increase production.
Many farms note that the secret of success is that people work in a team with different work experience, for example, specialists with 30 years work experience become mentors for newcomers who have been working in an agrofirm for less than 5 years. Similarly, the machine operators of the Kadyrovo industrial complex Ildus Khairullin and Gayaz Khamidullin are partners. The total field experience of Ildus Khairullin is over 30 years, and Gayaz Khamidullin is working here for the second season. They operate an economical, energy-efficient John Deere tractor. “It is equipped with a powerful trailer - this is a sowing complex that produces sowing with simultaneous application of fertilizers. I am glad that in this machine the reach of the drill is more - it reaches 9 meters, so it is more productive.
“Today, the tractor fleet has been prepared, technical inspection has been fully carried out, machine operators have been provided with protective clothing, they have been given first-aid kits and fire extinguishers,” Razif Karimov said, noting that at present all the equipment is arranged according to the necessary technology, a working plan for spring field work and a route have been developed.
The Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food Talgat Tagirzyanov drew attention to the fact that Zainsk agrarians once again set an example for the whole republic, since they were among the first to complete the repair of equipment and started spring field work on April 6th.
On the field of the industrial complex "Savaleevo" began feeding winter wheat, which was sown in late August 2018. Agrarians will fertilize this year with the help of the economical agricultural machinery “Bars” without using aviation.
The spring field work is supervised by the head of the district Razif Karimov and the head of the Department of Agriculture and Food Fargat Kamaliev. According to the tradition, field work was blessed by the imam-muhtasib of the Fatih area Khazrat Nurullin.
In total, winter wheat in Zainsk District was sown on 17.5 thousand hectares. This year, farmers will sow spring and grain crops on 23 thousand hectares, including: barley - on 15.6 thousand hectares, spring wheat - 5.2 thousand hectares, corn for grain - 2 thousand hectares. It is planned to sow industrial crops on 15 thousand hectares, sugar beet on 9.3 thousand hectares, sunflower on 1 thousand hectares, rape on 3 thousand hectares, mustard for seeds on 1.2 thousand hectares
Also, 15.1 thousand hectares will be occupied by fodder crops: 9.5 thousand hectares of perennial grasses, 4.3 thousand hectares of maize and 1.2 thousand hectares of pure sowing of perennial grasses.
About 500 machine operators and 290 tractors will be involved in the spring field work, including 54 units of high-performance energy-saturated machinery.
