On April 8, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov checked the readiness for sowing of agricultural enterprises in the Agryz district.

In Tatarstan, spring field work is in full swing. According to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan, fertilizing winter crops and perennial grasses with mineral fertilizers is underway, everywhere you can see the harrow units in the fields, and in some areas sowing of early spring crops has already begun.

Agricultural enterprises of the republic started spring field work. But they do not forget: Tatarstan is a zone of risky agriculture.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan informs that on April 6, the National Commodity Exchange began accepting applications for accreditation for participation in commodity interventions. The trading volume will be up to 1.5 million tons, the preliminary date of the trading start is April 13.

One of the key mechanisms of state support for the technical modernization of the agricultural sector implemented by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan is preferential leasing, which allows farmers to purchase modern agricultural machinery and equipment on the most attractive conditions. With the support of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia, Rosagroleasing JSC launched a special anti-crisis offer for agricultural producers from April 6 to June 1, 2020, providing the possibility of applying a deferral of principal debt of up to 1 year.

Agrarians of Buinsky and Nurlatsky districts were the first to go to sowing spring crops. So, according to the latest data from the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, 80 ha of wheat and 120 ha of barley are sown today in Buinsky district, and 30 ha of barley in the Nurlatsky district.
