A new program of preferential leasing without down payment has been developed for farmers
One of the key mechanisms of state support for the technical modernization of the agricultural sector implemented by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan is preferential leasing, which allows farmers to purchase modern agricultural machinery and equipment on the most attractive conditions. With the support of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia, Rosagroleasing JSC launched a special anti-crisis offer for agricultural producers from April 6 to June 1, 2020, providing the possibility of applying a deferral of principal debt of up to 1 year.
The measure is aimed at supporting Tatarstan farmers who are entrusted with the task of ensuring the food security of the republic and the successful conduct of spring field work in the current economic and epidemiological situation.
Under the terms of the special offer, farmers can lease agricultural machinery and equipment without paying an initial contribution while maintaining a reduced rate of 3%. In addition, all discounts and promotions from manufacturers are preserved, and the lease agreement is proportionally extended. To make a decision on the transaction, only 3 documents are required, and the application is reviewed in 8 hours. The special offer aims to make the fleet renewal program even more available for various categories of agricultural enterprises.
