Thanks to this, the regions will receive a flexible tool that allows them to spend budget funds efficiently and with maximum return and develop the country's agriculture. This was stated by State Secretary - Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Ivan Lebedev at the interregional meeting "Leaders of Digital Development" in the Krasnodar Territory on October 15.
