Marat Zyabbarov discussed with the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Farid Abdulganiev the joint work of the ministries to support entrepreneurship in the countryside
Today, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov had a meeting with the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Farid Abdulganiev.
The main topic of discussion was the joint efforts of the ministries to support rural entrepreneurship, as well as the achievement of the planned indicators of the regional project "Creating a system of support for farmers and the development of rural cooperation" by the National project "Small and medium-sized enterprises and support of individual entrepreneurial initiative."
The parties also discussed the issues of registering private household plots as self-employed and peasant farms. Recall that LPH incomes are exempt from taxation while meeting the following conditions:
- if the total area of the land plot (s) that (which) is (are) on the right of ownership and (or) other right of individuals does not exceed 2 hectares;
- if the taxpayer conducts a personal subsidiary plot in the indicated areas without engaging employees in accordance with the labor legislation.
Rishat Khabipov, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, said that 42 agricultural enterprises were converted into peasant farms within the Agrostartup program this year. In total, there are about 400 thousand personal subsidiary farms in the republic.
Then the parties discussed possible support measures and benefits for peasant farms, as well as the possibility of an exchange platform for small businesses and the submission of documents for the provision of grants and other types of business support in rural areas through the MyBusiness.rf and Fasttrack.rf platforms.
As a result of the meeting, it was decided to present the opportunities of the Exchange to large agricultural producers, to work out preferences for the transfer of private household plots to peasant farms and to test the provision of one of the most popular measures of state support to farmers through the Fastrek.rf platform.
