Learning to know, observe and prevent violations in the field of labor protection
The Tatarstan republican organization of the Trade Union of Workers of the Agroindustrial Complex of the Russian Federation held an educational seminar on the topic of labor protection and industrial safety, with the participation of an invited speaker - the head of the department - the chief technical labor inspector of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Tatarstan Irina Andina.
A hot time has come for Tatarstan farmers - the sowing campaign is gaining momentum. In order for this period to pass safely and in order to prevent cases of industrial injuries, as well as within the framework of events dedicated to the World Day for Labor Safety, the leadership of the republican organization decided to once again recall the basic rules of labor protection and industrial safety.
The speaker's speech was devoted to changes in labor protection legislation, which came into force on March 1, 2022. Irina Vasilievna supplemented her speech with examples from life, a vivid presentation, which, of course, made the information even more understandable and accessible.
Farida Garifullina, chairman of the Tatarstan republican organization of the Trade Union of Agricultural Workers of the Russian Federation, noted that today the trade union organizations and responsible labor protection specialists face a common task: to carry out explanatory work in labor collectives, to achieve compliance by the employer with labor legislation and labor protection, and the implementation of measures provided for collective agreements.
