The leadership of the republic estimated the state of the sowing campaign in the Spassky district

Today, in the framework of the working trip to the Spassky district, the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov rated the state of the sowing campaign and met with representatives of agricultural industry. He was accompanied by the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov.

The head of the Spassky district Fargat Mukhametov reported that sowing is close to the final stage. Today, 31.8 thousand hectares are sown (from 43.5 thousand hectares of forecast land). All farms are provided with seeds and fuel. Work on feeding and harrowing perennial herbs and winter crops is completed. Under the harvest of this year, the agrarium accumulated 64 kg of mineral fertilizers per 1 hectare.

There are two major investors in the area: a division of KV-AGRO (24.6 thousand hectares) and the Volga grain company (9.9 thousand hectares). They account for 37% of land, the remaining 63% are occupied by cooperatives, households etc. According to the results of 2020, the district ranked 19th with the 30 c / ha yield of grain.

To increase return of lands, the head of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan recommended the agrarians to increase the area of ​​the Sideral vapor, as well as increase the number of mortar nodes. The minister recalled that mortar complexes are necessary to increase the efficiency of protective events.

Rustam Minnikhanov drew attention to the development of animal husbandry. So far, there are 4.8 thousand heads of cattle in the Spassky district, of which 1.7 thousand are dairy cows. In January-March in the area they produced 2 thousand tons of milk. 1 cow on average produces 13.6 kg. According to this indicator, the area ranks 34 in the republic. The President urged the leadership of the district to participate in agricultural development programs, maintain small forms of management.

During a conversation with APC employees, Rustam Minnikhanov recalled the importance of compliance with Rospotrebnadzor's recommendations in order to prevent the coronavirus infection. He stressed that the most effective measure of protection is vaccination.

Then, the president went to the village of Martyshchi, where he visited Igor Planin’s peasant-farming. Multidisciplinary economy specializes in crop production, meat and milk. Sowing area is 5 thousand hectares. Thanks to the competent use of agrotechnologies in 2020, the farmer from one hectare received 51 centers of grain. The livestock farm contains 260 heads of livestock, of which 118 are dairy cows. Last year, 542 tons of milk were produced here.

Rustam Minnikhanov familiarized himself with the production base of the farm and examined the Agricultural Park. The head of the farm told that they have plans to build their own grain dryer. Implementation of this project is planned for the beginning of the harvesting campaign.
