Today, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted a press conference dedicated to the training project "Farmer's School". It was attended by the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Rishat Khabipov, Director of the Tatarstan branch of JSC "Rosselkhozbank" Lyalya Kudermetova, Rector of Kazan State Agrarian University Airat Valiev and Chairman of the Agrarian Youth Association of the Republic of Tatarstan Dilyara Shuvalova.
“Farmers provide a half of all agricultural products in Tatarstan and show the most stable dynamics and growth in milk and meat production, increase in livestock,” Rishat Khabipov noted. The Farmer's School program is being implemented by Rosselkhozbank together with the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan. The training will take place at the Kazan State Agrarian University.
Lyalya Kudermetova said that training at the Farmer's School will begin on February 24 on the basis of the Kazan Agrarian University under the training program "Agricultural business". The result of the "Farmer's School" project will be the presentation of business plans by the participants, which they will prepare during the training period. In parallel with the training, the project participants will also prepare documents for participation in the grant competition of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan "Agrostartup".
“Students who successfully complete theoretical and practical training and win a grant in the Agrostartup program will be able to additionally receive a special loan of the Russian Agricultural Bank “Become a Farmer” at a preferential rate of up to 5% per annum to start their own business (the maximum loan amount is 9 million rubles, the loan is issued for a period of up to 10 years, as a collateral - a land plot on which the Project will be implemented, purchased equipment / machinery, farm animals and construction objects)”.
It was noted that in the classroom, the participants will learn the basics of farming, get practical skills. Practical training will take place at four sites:
In the direction of "Meat and dairy cattle breeding":
IE GKF Zaripov G.B, Laishevsky district
IE GKF Latypova M.M., Vysokogorsky district
SP SSPC "Bolshaya Yelga", Rybno-Slobodsky district.
In the direction of "Poultry":
SHP "Kausar", Laishevsky district
IE GKF Lotfullina K.M., Zelenodolsk district.
“The program includes 252 hours of professional retraining in “Dairy and meat cattle breeding ”,“ Poultry breeding ”. Students will be offered two options for training - full-time and distance. All who successfully complete the training will receive a state diploma. The term of study is 2 months, ”explained Ayrat Valiev.
