Marat Zyabbarov noted the achievements of Novosheshminsky district
Today, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov paid a working visit to the Novosheshminsky region. He was accompanied by the head of the region Vyacheslav Kozlov.
Marat Zyabbarov got acquainted with the progress of the harvesting campaign and met with the heads of agricultural enterprises and farmers of the district on the territory of Zakroma LLC. Vyacheslav Kozlov said that 96% of the area is harvested, the yield is more than 32 kg / ha. Sowing of winter crops was carried out on 10 thousand hectares out of 13 thousand hectares planned. Milk sales are higher than last year's indicators.
The minister informed the audience about the progress of field work in the republic, about grain prices. “It is necessary to pay attention to the cultivation of high-margin crops,” he emphasized. "For example, now 1 ton of rapeseed can be sold for 28 thousand rubles." Marat Zyabbarov dwelled on the issues of implementing the programs "Agrostartup", "Beginner Farmer" and drew attention to the need for strict compliance with the terms of the contract.
Then the minister and the head of the region visited the farm "Kozlova MI", examined the livestock premises, got acquainted with the process of harvesting and sowing winter crops. The introduction of digitalization in animal husbandry in 2020 allowed the enterprise to increase productivity, shorten the service period, increase profitability and significantly optimize a number of functions performed.
Also, the head of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan visited the enterprise of the horse breeder Nikolai Skokov, who is engaged in breeding of Oryol trotters. In 2016, with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan, the farmer revived the Tatar farm No. 57, which is located in the village of Sloboda Petropavlovskaya, Novosheshminsky district. His trotters are in demand not only in Russia, but also abroad. They are sent to China, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, North Korea. Nikolay Skokov's enterprise continues to develop and now the breeder already has about 260 horses. A road was built to the farm, the livestock maintenance is subsidized. An additional horse box for 20 horses is currently under construction.
At the end of the visit, Marat Zyabbarov took part in the 63rd meeting of the Council of the Novosheshminsky municipal district.
The minister noted that it is planned to harvest over 5 million tons of grain in 2020. The locals made a significant contribution to this. Already 119 thousand tons of grain have been threshed with an average yield of 32.2 c / ha.
There are certain achievements in the region over the past year in animal husbandry, the number of cattle is growing (plus 579 heads), including cows (plus 124 heads). For 7 months of 2020 they produced more milk by 735 tons, cattle meat by 149 tons. Accordingly, cash revenue is growing, which amounted to 563.9 million rubles, with an increase of 114% by 2019 (RT-109%).
Small forms of farming in the countryside play a key role in providing employment and generating income for the rural population, in the sustainable development of rural areas - these are more than 4,000 units of farms, about 450 thousand personal subsidiary plots. These farms contain about a third of the republican livestock and produce half of the republic's agricultural products.
The Novosheshminsky district takes an active part in competitions; over 9 years, 42 farmers have won grants for 111.3 million rubles. The number of cattle in farms has reached 5202 heads. (the annual growth is 422 heads), cows - 1575 heads. (growth for the year is 46 heads).
To assist villagers in the sale of products in the republic, 290 agricultural consumer cooperatives have been created. Over the past year and a half alone, over 4,000 new members have been involved in the cooperation.
