The leaders of the republic made today a working trip to the Tukaevsky municipal district, got acquainted with the progress of spring field work in the fields, talked to machine operators and agricultural producers. The site presented products manufactured in the region, as well as agricultural equipment of European quality, manufactured in Naberezhnye Chelny.
Today in the Tukaevsky district, as in all regions of Tatarstan, spring-field work is in full swing. Despite the fact that rain delays the work in the fields, farmers try to use every hour for sowing grain crops and sugar beets. Sowing was carried out on an area of 10.2 thousand ha, which is about 29% of the planned. In total, 52.5 thousand ha are to be sown.
The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited the livestock complex Gigant LLC for 500 animals. He was accompanied by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov.
The construction of the Gigant LLC livestock breeding complex started in May 2019, and it was put into operation at the beginning of this year. The complex has an area of about 5 000 square meters. It consists of premises for cattle and a dairy block. The complex is equipped with modern Tatlaval equipment, a 2 *12 parallel milking parlor, milk pipelines and 12 tons refrigeration tanks with milk cooling up t + 4C, a manure removal system that allows keeping cowsheds in good sanitary condition.
The head of the enterprise Rif Imamov explained that there are 2 programs in the complex that allow keeping records of animals: Selex and Alpro. The program "Selex" allows to trace the entire history of the animal from birth to retirement and is used for breeding. The Alpro program allows to track the daily milk yield for each cow, insemination, calving, vaccination, etc.
A total of 1994 cattle heads are kept in the livestock complex, including 660 cows. Gross milk yield is 958.3 tons (+11 tons compared to last year). This year it is also planned to build a feed center for 1,500 heads.
