Today, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Minister of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov handed to Ismagil Fayzeriev the medal of the Order for Merit to the Republic of Tatarstan and congratulated on his 80th anniversary on behalf of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
The entire labor biography of Ismagil Fayzerievich is related to agriculture and the meliorative industry of the republic. Wherever he worked, he showed himself to be an energetic, principled and highly qualified specialist and a leader with great practical experience. And now, using the vast experience and materials of advanced production technologies, as a mentor, he provides the meliorative departments with all possible assistance in performing complex production tasks.
In 1964, Ismagil Fayzeriev was hired as an engineer at the Ministry of Land Reclamation and Water Management of the TASSR. During his work, he showed himself as a demanding, proactive and competent specialist with good organizational skills. Due to his business qualities, in 1973 he was appointed to the head of the Kazan PMK-124 trust "Tattselkhozvodstroy". Under his leadership, a powerful production base was built with a modern office building and mechanical repair shops with all the communal infrastructure.
The volume of work performed at land facilities has sharply increased. The PMK-124 labor team took an active part in the construction of irrigation systems with a total area of 2246 hectares at the Narmonsky state farm in the Laishevsky district, where for the first time in the republic they used in-ground electric pumping stations. Also, with the help of PMK, the Kama aqueduct was built, with a length of more than 15 km, with a water intake from the Kama River for irrigation of the land of the Kama collective farm in the Rybno-Slobodsky District.
In 1979, Ismagil Fayzerievich became director of the Fregat Production and Installation Base. Here his organizational and creative potential was revealed. Under his leadership, a modern plant for the production of sprinkler machines "Frigate" was built.
