Today, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting with the delegation from China headed by the Deputy Mayor of Hejie Mr. Gao Zhongguo.
The meeting was opened by the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Rishat Khabipov. “We are very glad to see you here in Tatarstan,” he said, and told about the potential of the agro-industrial complex of Tatarstan and possible directions for cooperation.
“Dairy cattle breeding is one of the priorities of the agro-industrial complex of Tatarstan and, thanks to the implementation of a set of measures to support the production and sale of milk, the country is leading in terms of production and sale of marketable milk among the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. We know that China has adopted a program to improve the nation’s health, in which students receive 200 ml of milk each day. Tatarstan has sufficient milk production for export”, suggested Rishat Khabipov.
Gao Zhongguo was interested in ecologically clean products made in Tatarstan. The parties discussed the shelf life and other features of transportation and logistics. In addition, during the meeting, the construction of a deep grain processing plant 40 km from Kazan and the possibility of working in this direction were also announced.
For reference:
Deep processing of grain is the separation of grain into components, which can later be used in the production of a wide variety of products. The scope of the products of deep processing is huge, it is not limited to the food industry.
The very process of deep processing begins with the grinding of grain and the production of flour and bran. In the second stage, water is added to the ground grain and the dough is kneaded. This is followed by the separation process - separation of the resulting suspension into fractions.
As a result of separation, starch milk, gluten and other soluble substances are released. At the next stage, the starch milk can be processed to produce glucose-fructose syrup, wheat starch and feed additives.
Starch is used in the production of sausages, mayonnaise, ketchup and other food products.
Pure starch is used to extract glucose, molasses or ethanol. All these elements are in demand in the food industry. Starch is used in the textile industry for processing fabrics and paper as a filler.
During furthеr processing, the starch is liquefied and saccharified. As a result of further complex technological processes, it is possible to obtain such enzymes as bioethanol, ethanol, biobutanol, L-lysine, succinic, lactic and citric acids, dry yeast, vitamins of group C and B. For each product you need from 2 to 16 different technological treatments.
