Winners of the "Best Combine Operator - 2025" National Competition Announced in Tatarstan
The Republic of Tatarstan announced the results of the "Best Combine Operator - 2025" National Competition. The competition is held annually to enhance the prestige and popularization of the combine operator profession, promote efficient and high-quality harvesting, and efficiently utilize harvesting equipment in the Republic of Tatarstan's agricultural sector.
A total of 1,423 combine operators participated in the competition, of which 490 were named winners. The competition has become a tradition and has been held annually since 2017 with the support of Rustam Minnikhanov, Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan.
In the grain harvesting combine category, 190 of the 1,144 combine operators entered the winners list. Fifty out of 182 combine operators won the highest forage harvesting volume award, receiving a bonus of 50,000 rubles. Among self-propelled mowers, 50 out of 97 combine operators received a bonus of 40,000 rubles. And 200 combine operators who achieved high district-level performance during the 2025 harvesting campaign received a bonus of 30,000 rubles.
The federal project "Personnel in the Agro-Industrial Complex" within the national project "Technological Support for Food Security" helps train specialists for the agro-industrial complex.
