Rustam Minnikhanov, the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan, visited the renovated Moscow Market in Kazan today.

Today, a meeting with students on the goals and objectives of the state civil and municipal service of the Republic of Tatarstan was held at Kazan State Agrarian University. The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan was represented by Liliya Khaertdinova, Head of the Human Resources Department; Ruslan Khafizov, Head of the Agricultural Cooperation Development Department; and Nina Valieva, Lead Advisor of the Department of Science, Education, and Innovative Technologies.

The fifty-fourth "All-Russian Brand (3rd Millennium). Quality Mark of the 21st Century" competition is taking place in Moscow. It is a long-term project aimed at promoting high-quality goods, services, and advanced technologies in the Russian market and addressing import substitution issues. Products from participating companies will be submitted for Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Platinum Quality Marks.

On November 27, 2025, a career guidance event was held at the M. Jalil Community Center in the Bavlinsky Municipal District. The event was attended by S.N. Timofeev, Deputy Head of the Bavlinsky Municipal District; Damir Minnebaev, Head of the Animal Breeding and Reproduction Department; A.M. Talipov, Head of the Department of Agriculture and Food; G.M. Gilyazeva, Director of the Bavlinsky Agricultural College; G.S. Minnullin, Head of the Minnullin Peasant Farm; and representatives of the Kazan State Agrarian University.

Today, a meeting of the Tatarstan Republican Organization of the Trade Union of Agro-Industrial Workers of the Russian Federation was held at the Ministry. The meeting was attended by Lenar Garipov, First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan; Farida Garifullina, Chairman of the Tatarstan Republican Organization of the Trade Union of Agro-Industrial Workers of the Russian Federation; Marat Gafarov, Deputy Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Tatarstan; and chairmen of district organizations of the Trade Union and primary trade union organizations of enterprises in the industry.

Support for the development of private farms was discussed at a meeting of the Committee on Ecology, Nature Management, Agro-Industrial and Food Policy and the committee's expert council. Deputy Chairman of the State Council Marat Akhmetov and Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marsel Makhmutov participated in the meeting.

Rustem Gainullov, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, visited the Republic of Turkey as part of a Tatarstan delegation led by Taliya Minullina, Head of the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency.

The plenary session of the 18th "Business Partners of Tatarstan" forum was held today at the Kazan Palace by TASIGO. Participants included the Rais of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov; Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan and Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, Marat Zyabbarov; and over 400 Tatar entrepreneurs from 10 countries and 58 regions of Russia.

Today, Marat Zyabbarov, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan and Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, visited the Sabinsky and Laishevsky municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan on a working visit.
