An AI assistant for businesses on tax changes and audits has been launched in Tatarstan on the MAX messenger.
Businesses in Tatarstan can now quickly receive information about changes in tax legislation and prepare for audits using artificial intelligence. The key tool is the "Entrepreneur Assistant" chatbot, which operates in the Telegram and MAX messengers.
The service, created on the basis of the "Verified Business" online resource (prov-biz.ru), was launched at the initiative of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan in collaboration with the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan. This free platform helps entrepreneurs navigate regulatory and oversight requirements.
The "Frequently Asked Questions" section of the chatbot is constantly being adapted to business needs. For example, a new section, "Tax Reform," was added to the chatbot in December 2025. According to internal statistics, over 70% of all questions asked of the bot relate specifically to changes in the tax sphere. Since the service's launch in 2025, more than 7,000 requests have been processed, with a positive user feedback rate exceeding 95%.
The chatbot, powered by artificial intelligence technologies and powered by the GosPrompt digital platform, offers entrepreneurs a comprehensive solution:

- Inspection preparation: behavioral algorithm, justification for documents requested by the inspector, and self-assessment checklists;
- Information: by entering the company's tax identification number (TIN), it notifies about scheduled inspections, preventive visits, and the procedures for conducting them for the current year;
- Analytics: the "Verified Business" portal features a section displaying the administrative burden on businesses across the entire republic or for a specific company. A database of typical violations and methods for preventing them is also compiled.
Users note that the service improves legal protection for businesses and transparency in interactions with regulatory authorities.
Tatarstan's successful experience has already received high praise at the federal level. The Russian Ministry of Economic Development has posted the "Entrepreneur's Assistant" chatbot on the monitoring.ar.gov.ru portal as a regional best practice recommended for replication in other regions of the Russian Federation.
