Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Akhmetov reported  on the results of livestock production and economic indicators for the first half of 2019,at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan today.

Today, a combine launched the first trial harvest in the Laishevsky district. On the field farm LLC "Volga" combine harvested a test strip of winter wheat "Scepter".

Only a few days left before the harvest. Combineers, along with assistants, grain mill workers, machine operators, and all those who are not indifferent to the fate of the harvest, devote their time these days to the completion of repair work. The progress of work in the fields depends on the state of equipment.

On July 18, the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildus Gabdrakhmanov took part in the meeting in the form of a video conference chaired by the Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Elena Fastova on the current situation in agricultural insurance with state support. The event was also attended by regional representatives of insurance companies that provide insurance in the republic with state support.

Today, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan Marat Akhmetov met with a delegation from Iran headed by the president of one of the largest Iranian companies, Daric Investment Group, Mohammadrez Zonuzi Motlak. The head of Mamadysh region Anatoly Ivanov and other responsible persons also took part in the official meeting.

First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Nikolay Titov took part in a meeting led by Director of the Department of Livestock and Breeding of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Kharon Amerkhanov via videoconference. The theme was the development of the scientific and technical program of the Union State for the development of a competitive livestock breeding industry Union State "BelRoszhivplem" ". The event was also attended by Rishat Zaripov, Head of the Department of the State Sanitary Committee of the State Agricultural University of Breeding in Animal Husbandry at the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, and other interested persons.

On July 17, a traditional combine parade was held in agricultural units of the Kaibitsky District, which was combined with a checking of the readiness of the machinery for harvesting in 2019. Albert Rakhmatullin, the Head of the Department, the Chief State Inspector of the State Technical Supervision Service of the Republic of Tatarstan Radik Ziatdinov, the Head of the District Directorate of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Radik Kamaletdinov, specialists of the society took part in the inspection.

In Cheremshansky district, on July 16, at the KFH “Serendeev N.I.” base, a review of the readiness of the harvesting machinery and a seminar-meeting on the harvesting of 2019 was held.

A small form of business in Tatarstan is successfully developing and is heading towards automation of manual labor. Even in small personal subsidiary farms and family farms, milking machines are used, autonomous feeding and watering systems are introduced. For example, an automatic feeding system for calves is installed in the family farm of Latypovs from the Vysokogorsky District. The system reads the tag on the neck of the calf and by the hour provides food in the optimal size for the growth and development of the animal. The Marakin family from the Zainsky district remotely monitors the temperature in poultry houses. And in the farm "N.V. Volodin" one of the first in the republic appeared recently specialized harvester for picking currants.
