Today, a combine launched the first trial harvest in the Laishevsky district. On the field farm LLC "Volga" combine harvested a test strip of winter wheat "Scepter".
“12.5 thousand hectares of land are cultivated in our farm,” said the head of the farm Ilnur Shaikhraziev. “This year we are planning a yield of around 30 centners per hectare. In the company2.3 thousand hectares are occupied by winter crops, 4,2 thousand hectares -spring crops.
“In the area under winter crops, 10.5 thousand hectares were sown,” said Vitaly Germanov, Head of the Agriculture Department of the Laishevsky District. “The equipment was repaired in advance and ready for a cleaning company.”
The head of the Laishevsky district Mikhail Afanasyev came to inspect the first harvest. “Volzhskaya LLC is the largest farm in our region, which, like the region as a whole, has quite good indicators of energy supply. The mood among people is good, all the equipment has been prepared for the start of the harvesting campaign, we pay special attention to the observance of labor protection requirements, ”Mikhail Afanasyev said.
The chief agronomist of the farm Ravil Safiullin explained that this section of the field was on an elevation, so the crop ripened earlier than in other places, the grains had already acquired the necessary hardness. He was also satisfied with the quality of harvesting, passing through the field behind the combine and checking the crumbling.
