Marat Akhmetov discussed the issue of building a wholesale distribution center with the investor from Iran
Today, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan Marat Akhmetov met with a delegation from Iran headed by the president of one of the largest Iranian companies, Daric Investment Group, Mohammadrez Zonuzi Motlak. The head of Mamadysh region Anatoly Ivanov and other responsible persons also took part in the official meeting.
Tatarstan and Iran work on the construction of a wholesale distribution center for agricultural products in the Mamadysh district. We will remind, earlier, on April 24, the parties have already met on issues of mutually beneficial cooperation.
Mamadysh district was chosen as a site for the construction of the wholesale distribution center. Marat Akhmetov explained that this is quite a good point, since there are a number of large cities: Naberezhnye Chelny, Kazan, Almetyevsk, Nizhnekamsk, Bugulma and Elabuga, as well as Izhevsk and Ufa. In total, within a radius of 300-400 km. lives more than 15 million people. The republic is ready to provide support on the infrastructure component.
Anatoly Ivanov commented that the optimal site for construction has been selected, issues of water supply, electricity and gas were resolved.
Mohammadrez Zonuzi Motlak will stay in Tatarstan for two months and also plans to consider projects for the construction of a livestock farm for 3-4 thousand heads and dairy goat production.
“We are open to cooperation. The Ministry is ready to provide support in resolving the necessary issues, ”added Marat Akhmetov at the end of the event.
