On July 13, a traditional rally of livestock breeders was held in the Sabinsky district of Tatarstan, which summarized the work of the industry in the first half of 2019.

In the first half of 2019, Tatarstan’s agricultural enterprises increased livestock production. In January-June of the current year, in the republic, in agricultural organizations and peasant farms, 670.9 thousand tons of milk have been produced, 200.1 thousand tons of cattle and poultry meat. The increase was 4% and 2%, respectively to the same period of last year. At the same time, 49.2 thousand tons of krs meat(99%) was produced, 44.7 thousand tons (105%) of pork, 105.0 thousand tons of poultry (102%).

High technical readiness of the entire harvesting and transport complex and a clear organization of its work are under a special control of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan.

On July 12, at the Avangard JSC of Spassky district, a zonal seminar-meeting on the cultivation technology of winter barley was held in the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was attended by the Head of the Spassky Municipal District Kamil Nugayev, the head of the Tatar NIISH Marsel Tagirov, the breeder of the FIZ KAZ NC RAS Vasily Blokhin, the Deputy Head of the Department of Agriculture Industry Development of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Fargat Zinnatov and heads of KFH from 15 regions of the country.
