Of course, productivity indicators are the result of the work of a whole year, but a lot depends on the work of combine harvesters. 

In the republic, crops were harvested on an area of ​​more than 1 million hectares, which makes up 75% of their crops. The Nurlat region was the first in Tatarstan to complete the threshing of grain and leguminous crops from the entire harvesting area of ​​32.2 thousand hectares. In the region, the gross grain harvest amounted to 103.5 thousand tons, the yield - 32.2 c / ha, which exceeds the average figure in the country today by 2 c / ha.

On September 2, specialized agrarian classes supervised by Kazan Agrarian University started in the schools of the Baltisinsky district of Tatarstan. Profile classes were created in 9 schools: Burbash school, Karaduvan gymnasium named after Bucky Ziyatdinov, Malo-Lyzinsky, Nurinersky, Nurminsky, Pizhmarinsky schools, Salausky multidisciplinary lyceum, Secondary Kushket school named after Isaev and Tsipinsky school.

On the fields of the Arsky district, the harvesting campaign of grain crops goes to the finish line. 40.9 thousand hectares of cultivated areas were harvested, which is 74% of the total plan.

Today, on the Day of the Republic of Tatarstan, on the territory of the international equestrian complex “Kazan”, an equestrian festival and horse racing for the President’s Cup and the prize of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan took place. Here, an exhibition-fair of agricultural products was launched.

In the Republic of Tatarstan, 65% of the area has been harvested - 930 thousand ha. The current yield is 30.4 c / ha. Tomorrow 3 million tons of grain of the new crop will already be in the bins. These figures were cited today at a meeting in the Government House by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Akhmetov.

On August 30, Republic Day, traditional horse racing will be organized on the territory of the Kazan International Equestrian Center in the capital of Tatarstan.
