Harvest this year is marked by rain and a rather low temperature. The machine operators have to literally wait by the field, using any “sun window” to bring the combine into the furrow and thresh it. the Republican Committee of the Trade Union of Agricultural Workers decided to support the villagers during this difficult time and to congratulate the advanced workers during the harvesting. The chairman of the committee Farida Garifullina last week visited the farms of Tukaevsky, Aktanyshsky, Muslumovsky and Sarmanovsky districts.
“There are areas in Tatarstan where people work dedicstedly and with special care, one of these is Aktanyshsky district,” says Farida Garifullina.
Farida Garifullina said that “Anyak” is a strong trade union organization, which has been led by Aizat Fazullin for ten years. All workers (350 people) are members of the trade union, they are always paid on time and fully (average salary is more than 27 thousand rubles), pay great attention to labor protection and social problems. Not surprisingly, with such care, people work with dedication. For example, on August 27 one of the most advanced combine harvesters in Almaris Sharafiev’s farm threshed 25 thousand centners of grain. The farm aksakal Valery Sultanov, who worked as a machine operator for about 30 years, threshed 18 thousand centners. Farida Garifullina gratefully handed them union awards.
On the same day, in the Aktanyshsky district, Farida Garifullina visited the mechanical workshop of Tamyr LLC in the village of Starye Bugady, a very important site during the harvesting season. The workshop specialists have a large responsibility - they monitor the health of the harvesting equipment, help combine operators keep it in full readiness. As the director of Tamyr LLC Ilyas Mirzayanov proudly admitted, since the beginning of harvesting there was no equipment breakdowns (there are seven combine harvesters in total). Among the best combine operators Farida Garifullina talked to, giving them cash rewards, were Ilnar Mirzagaliev and Ilnaz Gindullin.
