During the war years, Tatarstan became especially important in the food supply of the army and the population. Moreover, women became the leading force in the agrarian sector of Tatarstan during the war years. In the collective farms of Tatarstan, they worked out up to 70–75% of the total number of workdays, they also made up 75% of the permanent working state farms.

One of them is the agricultural supply and marketing (trade) consumer cooperative “Kausar” in the Laishevsky district. In 2018, the company received a 30 million rubles grant from the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan for the purchase of equipment for processing poultry meat. The production works according to Halal standards. More than 40 jobs were created on the site.

Of the 12 peasant (farmer) farms that were announced for the competition, 5 peasant farms from 4 municipal regions of Tatarstan won prizes in the amount of 100 thousand rubles. Among them there are farm dynasties from Arsky, Buinsky (2 representatives), Kama-Ustinsky and Chistopol districts.
