The Verkhneuslonskaya School trains graduates within the framework of the Young Farmer's School

In every field of creative activity there are masters whose names correspond most closely to it. For many graduates and students, the director of the Matyushinskaya school of the Verkhneuslonsky district, Ildus Sharafeev, has become not only a favorite teacher, mentor, but also a faithful assistant.

Ildus Anvarovich was born and raised in Bakcha-Saray, in a large family. From childhood he knew what rural labor was: he helped his parents and elder brothers graze the herd, prepare hay, and harvest potatoes. Parents taught him to work conscientiously, rejoice at work successes, get satisfaction from collective work. After serving in the army, he worked for many years as an excavator operator, then as a tractor driver in an agricultural enterprise in Verkhneuslonsky region.

Since 1985, he started working as a technology and geography teacher at his home school. And now for 32 years Ildus Sharafeev is not only a permanent teacher, but also a school director for 27 years. On the initiative of Ildus Anvarovich, the School of a Young Farmer was organized on the basis of the Matyushi School, which is an experimental platform for developing new approaches to developing the content of education for pre-profile training and profile training within the framework of school of a young farmer. Under his leadership, in 2008, the school became the winner of a competition among educational institutions implementing innovative programs and received a grant of 1 million rubles, and in 2011 the school became a winner of the republican competition for educational and experimental sites of educational institutions and won grant of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan in amount of 100 thousand rubles.

Ildus Anvarovich is actively working on introducing the experience of implementing the agro-technological profile into pedagogical practice, orienting students to agricultural professions. He devoted his pedagogical activity to the upbringing in rural schoolchildren of love for their small homeland. Since November 2014, he has been the head of the district center for initial vocational training, opened on a basis of the school. Thanks to the efforts of Ildus Sharafeev for 6 years, more than 60 cadets of the center, having successfully passed the qualification exams, received the licenses of "Tractor driver of the 4th category".
