Tatarstan farm dynasties receive well-deserved awards

Today at the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan, as part of the XX Congress of the Association of Farmers, the winners of the republican contest “Family Farmer Dynasties” were awarded. Of the 12 peasant (farmer) farms that were announced for the competition, 5 peasant farms from 4 municipal regions of Tatarstan won prizes in the amount of 100 thousand rubles. Among them there are farm dynasties from Arsky, Buinsky (2 representatives), Kama-Ustinsky and Chistopol districts.

“Our farmers deserve special respect. Not everyone is able to start his own business in agriculture. Labor in the countryside was never easy, but always ensured the country's food security. Therefore, it is supported by the state. It is also encouraging that whole dynasties of farmers are appearing. Today we hand them the well-deserved awards, ”said the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov.

So, the Giniyatov family is engaged in crop production in the Chistopol district for 27 years. On their plot of 553.7 hectares, in 2019 they grew 1,533 tons of grain.

The Ganibayev family from the village of Maloye Meretkozino, Kamsko-Ustyinsky District, has been engaged not only in crop production, but also in animal husbandry for more than 21 year. The farm contains more than 100 heads of cattle. In 2018, his son Ranil received a grant in the amount of 300 thousand rubles and built a dairy farm for 50 heads of cattle.

The Sibgatullov family from the village of Novye Tinchali of the Buinsky district has been engaged in crop production for 17 years. In 2019, they grew 2059 tons of grain, 115 tons of rapeseed and 8068 tons of sugar beets.

The Salavatullins family from the village of Aksu, Buinsky district, has been engaged in vegetable growing and animal husbandry for 18 years. In 2019, they raised 913.9 tons of carrots, 427 tons of beets, 25 tons of onions and 478 tons of potatoes, and also they hold 11 horses.

The Fatikhov family from the village of Nizhny Pshalym, Arsk District, has been engaged in meat and dairy and grain farming for 13 years. Their peasant farms contain 27 heads of cows, produce 2600 tons of grain, 1640 tons of potatoes, 637 tons of meat and 4060 tons of milk.

Recall that in the republican contest, which was held from December 16, 2019 to January 17, 2020, members of one family and their relatives who are farmers, no less than in the 2nd generation and having the status of an existing peasant farm, could take part.
