At present, the volume of exports of agricultural products of the Republic of Tatarstan is $ 227 million, which is $ 76.3 million more compared to the same period last year. In the structure of export of products of the agro-industrial complex, the largest volume is occupied by fat and oil products (about 70%), which are supplied to Turkey, Egypt, Algeria, the CIS countries and the Baltic states.

From 9 to 13 November, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan is holding a competition among agro-industrial complex organizations for setting equipment for winter storage and preparing machine and tractor fleets for the repair works. Such a check took place in the Sarmanovsky region.

At the Ministry of Agriculture, on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture Dmitry Patrushev, a regular meeting in the "Hour of Control" format was held, dedicated to ensuring the smooth operation of agricultural producers during the coronavirus pandemic. It was attended by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov, as well as heads of large agricultural enterprises of the republic.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan nominated the Bakery and Confectionery Plant JSC for the first national competition of regional brands "Tastes of Russia".

On November 9, the acceptance of applications for the "Tastes of Russia" competition ended. 79 constituent entities of the country announced about 500 regional brands of food products, which will take part in the selection and comprehensive support program developed by the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia. Thus, thanks to the competition, a large-scale map of Russia's tastes was formed - for the first time at the all-Russian level, such an array of data on the country's main food brands was collected.

In the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, the telephone of the single hot line continues to accept calls 8-800-444-16-70. Since its launch (in April this year), the ministry's specialists have answered 589 calls. Most of the applicants (44%) were interested in measures of state support for agricultural producers and farmers. Housing issues, employment opportunities at agricultural enterprises and background information on different matters of the agro-industrial sector were also relevant.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan informs that now the farmers of Tatarstan who produce organic products, passing certification in the JSC "RCMC" Test-Tatarstan ", are entitled to be included in the unified state register of producers of organic products and to label their products with a single sign "Organic ". This is a special sign in form of a white leaf on a green background with the words "organic" in Russian and English, as well as a QR code that allows the buyer to receive detailed information about the manufacturer.
