Cake "Evening Kazan" will take part in the "Tastes of Russia" competition
The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan nominated the Bakery and Confectionery Plant JSC for the first national competition of regional brands "Tastes of Russia".
The 800-gram cake “Vechernyaya Kazan” is presented in two nominations of the competition “Try and Love” and “Fair of Taste”. The cake has always been one of the best treats for dessert lovers. Traditionally, cakes are an indispensable attribute of any holiday; the mere sight of a beautiful and appetizing cake design helps to raise the mood.
The Vechernyaya Kazan cake, which entered the Tastes of Russia competition of regional brands, consists of honey cakes, combined with cream and boiled condensed milk, decorated with dark and white icing, airy dragee in glaze and cherry jam. It is made according to a special recipe developed by the technologists of the Bakery and Confectionery Plant JSC. "Vechernyaya Kazan" for many years has been a favorite delicacy of Kazan residents and guests of the capital.

Let us remind you that on November 9 the acceptance of applications for the Tastes of Russia competition of regional brands was completed. Further, from November 19 to December 2, a popular vote will take place on the portal of the "Tastes of Russia" competition, after which the expert group will determine the best regional brands. The results of the competition will be announced in mid-December.
All project participants will be included in the federal program of support and promotion, will have a chance to improve the qualifications of employees, and the winners will get the opportunity to receive support for the growth of demand and sales.
The aim of the "Tastes of Russia" competition, which is held by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, is to draw attention to the successes of small and medium-sized businesses in the agro-industrial sector and to help create new points of growth and development for the country's rural areas.
