A traditional ceremony honoring labor dynasties took place in Tatarstan.
On Spring and Labor Day, representatives of two dozen labor dynasties from the Republic of Tatarstan were honored in Kazan. The Tatarstan Republican Organization of the Trade Union of Agricultural Workers of the Russian Federation was represented by descendants of the Utyagulov-Nigmatullin-Zaripov labor dynasty.
They are another example of dedication, service to the republic's agro-industrial complex, and intergenerational continuity. The dynasty is headed by Olga Petrovna Utyagulova, whose career began in 1984 on the mechanized farms of Naberezhnye Chelny Incubator LLC. Having worked there for 31 years, she rose through the ranks from poultry farm worker to poultry farm operator, becoming a true master of her craft. Olga Petrovna's daughter, Rozaliya Fanilevna Nigmatullina, continued the family tradition. Since 1999, she has worked as a poultry farmer at the Tukayevskaya Poultry Farm, and is now an assistant to the director of Naberezhnye Chelny Incubator LLC. Despite a personal loss—the death of her husband in the North Military District—Rozaliya retained her fortitude, her love of life, and her dedication to her work. Olga Petrovna's granddaughter, Elvina Zaripova, also decided to continue the family line; she works as an operator at poultry farms and mechanized farms at Naberezhnye Chelny Incubator LLC.
"Labor dynasties are the foundation of stability and development in Tatarstan's agro-industrial complex. We are proud of our families, who pass on their love of work from generation to generation," noted Farida Garifullina, Chairperson of the Tatarstan Republican Organization of the Trade Union of Agricultural Workers of the Russian Federation.
The ceremony also included the presentation of the "For Labor Valor" award from the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Tatarstan. The award was established during the Year of Military and Labor Valor, declared in Tatarstan by decree of Rais Rustam Minnikhanov. Among the recipients was Gulfiya Galimova, chair of the primary trade union organization of the Rybno-Slobodsky Agrotechnical Technical College. Gulfiya Kasymovna has worked in the education system for 43 years and currently serves as deputy director for educational and training work at the Rybno-Slobodsky Agrotechnical Technical College. Since 1991, she has been actively involved in protecting the social and labor rights of college employees. She was awarded the award for her fruitful work in patriotic education and professional training of young people, as well as for her effective public service.
Spring and Labor Day in Kazan became a vibrant event, uniting representatives of labor dynasties and emphasizing the importance of intergenerational continuity and dedication to work.
