Today, agrotechnology classes opened in the village of Chistopolskie Vyselki in the Chistopolsky Municipal District of the Republic of Tatarstan.
District Head Dmitry Ivanov noted the importance of this event for the future of the district: "Today we are taking an important step in the development of the agro-industrial complex. These classes will become a training ground for our farms, helping young people receive a quality education and stay to work in their native land."
The creation of agrotechnology classes in the Republic of Tatarstan is being implemented as part of the federal project "Personnel in the Agro-Industrial Complex" of the national project "Technological Support for Food Security." The goal of their creation is to develop a system of continuous training for agro-industrial personnel through collaboration between general education institutions, specialized universities, specialized colleges, and employers.
The classes feature a modern model of specialized education with in-depth study of biology, physics, chemistry, and mathematics, as well as elective courses in agricultural technology. The training will be based on close collaboration between the employer, the school, the secondary vocational education institution, and the university. The agricultural classes are open to students in grades 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11.
Chistopolye Holding Company General Director Nail Zalakov emphasized that the company views its support for education as an investment in the future: "We understand that the development of modern agriculture is impossible without qualified specialists. Therefore, we are ready to support projects of the Russian Ministry of Agriculture so that our children receive all the necessary knowledge and skills."
Major renovations of classrooms, provision of necessary equipment, and incentive payments for specialized subject teachers at the Chistopolskiye Vyselki school will be financed by JSC Chistopolye Holding Company.
