Tatarstan presented its brands at the Tastes of Russia festival in Moscow
Today, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov visited the IV National Gastronomic Festival Tastes of Russia at VDNKh, where he got acquainted with the exposition of Tatarstan producers. The festival, which started on August 14 and will last until August 24, has become a vivid demonstration of the gastronomic diversity of the regions of Russia.
This year, 77 regions and more than 300 producers are taking part in the festival - from the Kola Peninsula to the Caucasus, from the Baltic to the Far East. They present over 5 thousand names of unique regional products.
The Republic of Tatarstan presented a wide range of national products reflecting the rich culinary traditions of the region. Among them are traditional chak-chak from JSC Bakery and Confectionery Plant, crispy kosh tele from IP Gainetdinova A.R., delicious baursak from IP Kasaev F.F. and IP Vasilyeva A.P., hearty ochpochmaki from IP Shamsutdinova A.A., homemade noodles from IP Sagdullina A.R., natural pastille “Tatar kagy” from IP Bogdanova N.A., aromatic Tatar tea from the Cooperative Procurer, tender talkysh-kaleve from IP Khaliullina A.N. and healthy Tatarstan honey from SPSSPC “Tatar Balls”.
In addition to traditional dishes, the Tatarstan stand presented products from modern manufacturers: poultry and horse meat delicacies from the agricultural production cooperative "KAUSAR", exquisite snail liver in garlic butter and Provencal herbs from OOO "Helix Group", delicate cheeses from OOO "Camembert", various confectionery products from IP Kasayev F.F. and IP Gainetdinova A.R., the immune elixir "Tatar" from IP Kozhevnikov M.A., the refreshing grape drink EMIZ from OOO "Emiz", the beloved condensed milk from SPSSK "Aman" Kukmor and exquisite chocolate Tatar dark with honey from IP Shamsutdinova A.A..
"Tastes of Russia" is an excellent opportunity for Tatarstan manufacturers to present their products at the federal level, find new partners and expand sales markets. We are proud of the rich traditions of our republic and are happy to share them with the festival guests,” said Marat Zyabbarov.
The festival will also feature a rich cultural and entertainment program that will reveal the diversity of the cultural heritage of the peoples of Russia and its modern sound. Guests will enjoy master classes, culinary shows, performances by artists and much more.
The festival will also host the City of Professions of the AIC “I am in Agro” for the first time. Here, children can learn about modern technologies in the industry: they will learn how to operate agrodrones, try on the role of a veterinarian, empirically test the quality of milk and choose a balanced diet for themselves.
