120 young farmers from 11 regions of the country gathered in Kazan for the All-Russian Scientific and Technological Forum "Roboselo", which is aimed at reducing the lack of skills for working with modern high-tech agricultural equipment.

The event was attended by the First Deputy Minister of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan Sofya Galieva-Mustafina, Vice-Rector for Infrastructure Development and Production Activities of the Kazan State Agrarian University Nail Khamidullin, First Deputy Chairman of the Union "Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan" Artur Nikolaev and Director of the Department of Eurasia and the China Chamber of Commerce - Shen Guofei.

"Involving student youth in labor activities, especially in agriculture, is a strategically important step for the future of our country. Student agricultural teams are not just helping farmers, they are contributing to Russia's food security. Young people gain valuable experience working on the land, learn about the importance of agriculture for the whole society and contribute to providing the people with high-quality and affordable products. This is not just work, it is a patriotic duty, because the well-being of the entire country depends on the quality and quantity of the harvest," said Deputy Minister of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan Sofya Galieva-Mustafina.

The work of student agricultural teams is an important element of the educational process, allowing students to acquire practical skills and experience in agriculture.

The forum is designed to solve the urgent problem of the shortage of qualified personnel in the field of working with modern high-tech agro-industrial equipment.

The forum participants visited sites with advanced agro-industrial technologies aimed at professional development, exchange of practices and a strategic session. The event also became a platform for forming new connections with partners and enterprises, which opens up new opportunities for student team members.

The outcome of the forum was the creation of a roadmap for the development of student agricultural teams and the training of personnel for the employment of students in agricultural and farming enterprises in Tatarstan.
