Audit of labor protection in enterprises of the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Tatarstan
In order to study the work in the field of labor protection and provide advisory support to member organizations, the chief technical labor inspector of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Tatarstan Irina Andina and the head of the department of social and economic issues of the Tatarstan Republican organization of the Trade Union of Workers of the Agro-industrial Complex of the Russian Federation Bulat Garifullin visited Ak Bars-Pestretsy LLC and Ak Bars Agrocomplex LLC.
A meeting with the director of the enterprise Radik Zinnatov took place at Ak Bars-Pestretsy LLC. He spoke about the current state of affairs, focused on acute problems, mainly the lack of personnel. But at the same time, solutions to this problem have been developed. One of them is a program for the construction and sale of housing to workers. During the occupational safety audit, specialists focused on the need to revise local regulations in the field of occupational safety in accordance with current legislation, including the rules for issuing PPE, the procedure for conducting occupational safety training. Irina Andina also noted the importance of conducting annual medical examinations.
She spoke about the nuances of conducting medical examinations, about the procedure for drawing up documents when organizing and holding this event. Bulat Garifullin drew the attention of the chairman of the primary trade union organization Elena Arkhipova to public control over labor protection represented by trade union authorized representatives for labor protection.

Warehouses, a feed shop, cowsheds and milking parlors, rest rooms and food intake for workers were inspected. At the end of the visit, the specialists gave a positive assessment of the organization of safe working conditions.
The next object of the visit was LLC "Agrocomplex "Ak Bars". During the meeting with the director of the enterprise Lenar Abdullin, Irina Andina spoke about all the changes in the legislation on labor protection, provided consulting assistance, especially emphasizing such issues as: the labor protection management system, briefings and training on labor protection, conducting medical examinations. In turn, Bulat Garifullin noted the close interaction of the administration, the primary trade union organization and the Tatarstan Republican Committee of the Trade Union of Agricultural Workers of the Russian Federation on issues of ensuring decent working conditions. At the end of the meeting, the specialists highly assessed the organization of production processes.
