Marat Zyabbarov and Sergey Voskresensky visited the districts of the Republic of Tatarstan on a working visit
Today, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov, Director of the Department of Livestock and Breeding of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Sergey Voskresensky and Deputy Minister Gelyus Bayazitov visited the Yelabuga, Mamadysh, Rybno-Slobodsky and Pestrechinsky municipal districts on a working visit.
In the Yelabuga municipal district, Marat Zyabbarov, Sergey Voskresensky and Gelyus Bayazitov visited the slaughter station of the peasant farm enterprise O.Yu. Falaleeva, in the Mamadysh district - the meat processing plant of APC Food Program LLC, in the Rybno-Slobodsky district - the slaughter point of Gabitov R.M., in the Pestrechinsky district - LLC Poultry Farming Complex Ak Bars.
In the peasant farm Falaleeva O. in 2023, 385 tons of milk were produced and 97 tons of meat were grown. At the end of the year, the farm had 138 heads of cattle and 2,120 heads of sheep.
The meat processing plant of APC Prodovolstvennaya Programm LLC, which is part of RM AGRO LLC, consists of a daily cattle pen designed for 80-100 heads, slaughter, boning, packaging and semi-finished product shops. RM AGRO LLC is a meat processing plant with a cattle slaughter line that continues the technological production chain. The introduction of advanced technologies for the production of meat products, the modernization of robotic technologies and processes make it possible to significantly increase the output of sausages and meat products, improve the quality and expand the range of manufactured products.
In the State Farm of Gabitov R.M., 4,500 heads of cattle were slaughtered in 2024, sold to markets, stores and restaurants in the Republic of Tatarstan. The sowing area of the farm in 2024 is 874 hectares. Harvesting work was completed with the threshing of 1,450 tons of grain.
The poultry population of Ak Bars Poultry Complex LLC is 1 million 435 thousand heads, including 120.8 thousand heads of laying hens. Over the first 8 months of 2024, 16,671.8 tons of poultry meat in live weight and 15,883.5 thousand hatching eggs were produced.
