Entrepreneurial skills in agriculture based on father's knowledge and experience

Khairutdinov Mars Marselevich was born and raised in the village of Mochaley, Drozhzhanovsky District, Republic of Tatarstan. He studied at the Kazan Innovation University in the hotel industry. Circumstances developed in such a way that Mars Marselevich firmly linked his life with agriculture, because this is the business to which his family, in particular his father, devoted his entire life.

In the federal project "Acceleration of small and medium-sized businesses" of the national project "Small and medium-sized businesses", an individual entrepreneur won funds and purchased agricultural machinery and equipment worth 1.5 million rubles.

Then, combining his own efforts and a unit for cultivating potatoes, in 2022 Mars Marselevich was able to cultivate land on 10 hectares.

With the help of the competition of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan for a grant, the entrepreneur was able to purchase a picker for selecting and feeding potatoes from a warehouse. In the future, Mars Marselevich plans to develop the agricultural sector of the republic and take an active part in future competitions held by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan. The individual entrepreneur wants to expand his business in the crop production sector, and additionally cultivate wheat and oats.
