About 40 "Tasty Fridays" have taken place in the Republic of Tatarstan this year. The events were held in ministries, municipal organizations, financial organizations, television and radio companies.

"Tasty Fridays" are mini-fairs that are held on a weekly basis. The project allows city residents to purchase natural farm products directly from the manufacturer, and farmers - to find new sales channels.

At "Tasty Fridays", farmers offer a wide range of products. Thus, this year, producers of fish products, tea, and jam joined the project for the first time. These products aroused increased interest among buyers. Traditional food products - meat, sausages, dairy products, cheeses - were also popular.

One of the participants of "Tasty Fridays", a farmer from the Kaibitsky district of Tatarstan Gulnaz Shchukina reported that mini-fairs allow you to talk about the work of the farm, conduct tastings and find new consumers of products.

According to the results of the first half of this year, farmers sold their products for a total of 3 million rubles.

In general, in Russia, since the start of the project in 2022, "Tasty Fridays" have already been held over 8.4 thousand times, which were visited by more than half a million people. 3.5 thousand farmers presented their products, and their total revenue amounted to 315 million rubles.
