Meetings continue in the republic to analyze the results of beekeepers’ activities in 2023 and tasks for 2024
On April 2, in the Alekseevsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan, a meeting was held with the participation of the Head of the municipal district Sergei Demidov, the head of the Department of Agriculture and Production Gazinur Musin, the head of the state veterinary supervision department of the Office of Rosselkhoznadzor for the Republic of Tatarstan Idris Gatin, the representative of the Office of Rospotrebnadzor for the Republic of Tatarstan Rostam Khosnetdinov, the head of the production department of the Branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution " Rosselkhozcenter" for the Republic of Tatarstan Aigul Gabdrakhmanova, head of the beekeeping and aquaculture sector of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan Dinar Gataullin, head of the Russian State Educational Institution Kharis Khaibullin, representative of the RPO "Beekeepers of Tatarstan" Alexander Zaitsev, as well as consultant of agricultural management and production Alexander Kondratyev, heads of agricultural enterprises, agronomists and beekeepers of the region.
The organizers of the event and beekeepers of the area organized an exhibition of beekeeping products, different assortment of honey, medicinal preparations, ointments, oils and creams. Participants also had an opportunity to study various methods of controlling forage pests and biological preparations.
During the meeting, current issues were covered to ensure the safety of the use of chemicals when processing agricultural crops, increasing the area of honey plants, making changes to the structure of sown areas, completing the certification of apiaries, creating a warning system for beekeepers, compliance with legal requirements when using pesticides and agrochemicals, timely prevention infectious and invasive diseases of bees, submitting dead bees and beekeeping products for analysis and obtaining a test report, as well as increasing marketable honey in the area and improving its quality, timely execution of the List of Instructions, holding regular meetings with beekeepers.
Carrying out this kind of event makes it possible to increase the number of bee colonies in the republic, commercial honey and beekeeping products.
