Marat Zyabbarov made a working trip to Aksubaevsky district
Today, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov paid a working visit to the Aksubaevsky municipal district. He was accompanied by the head of the Aksubaevsky municipal district, Kamil Gilmanov.
The Minister visited the livestock complex of the Trudolyubovo branch of Molko LLC, building No. 3, where he got acquainted with the progress of major repairs to transfer to free-stall housing. He was accompanied by Nail Zalakov, General Director of Chistopolye Holding Company JSC, and Dmitry Suslov, Executive Director.
“This complex is an example of how an old stall farm was reconstructed and modernized into a free-stall livestock complex with a milking parlor for 450 heads,” noted Marat Zyabbarov.
Breeding stock of heifers in the amount of 542 heads was imported. Today, the gross milk yield for the agricultural company is 28.5 tons of milk with a productivity of 27.2 liters per cow. The average daily weight gain of young animals is 832 g.
Next, Marat Zyabbarov made a trip to the village of Staroye Mokshino to the mushroom shop of the peasant farm Samarenkin A.K. Anatoly Samarenkin grows oyster mushrooms, they grow in plastic bags. The peasant farm employs 22 people. The average salary is 25 thousand rubles.
There they got acquainted with the full production cycle - the process of growing and drying mushrooms, the operation of an automatic watering line and the use of mist irrigation, and the production of substrate - mycelium blocks. Maximum productivity is 180 tons of oyster mushrooms per year.
The substrate for growing oyster mushrooms used to be purchased all over Russia. Now they cook themselves. The supply of oyster mushrooms throughout Tatarstan has already been established. These are restaurants and retail chains. But not only raw mushrooms are sold here. Dried mushrooms are also in demand; sauces and additives are made from them.
Before the meeting of the Council of the Aksubaevsky Municipal District, Marat Zyabbarov got acquainted with the exhibition in the district house of culture.
At the meeting of the Council of the Aksubaevsky Municipal District “On the results of the socio-economic development of the Aksubaevsky Municipal District for 2023 and tasks for 2024,” Marat Zyabbarov noted that the Aksubaevsky District is traditionally considered one of the steadily developing municipalities of the republic.
According to preliminary estimates, for 2023 the volume of gross territorial product in the region amounted to 16.9 billion rubles, agricultural products were produced for 2.9 billion rubles, industrial products for 11.01 billion rubles. 5.26 thousand square meters of housing were built.
Also, a significant place in the economy of the region is occupied by the agricultural complex, which forms a significant part of the gross territorial product.
Based on the results of 2023, Aksubaevsky district ranks 22nd in the agricultural efficiency rating. In the ranking of districts for the production of conventional livestock products, Aksubaevsky district improved its position by 5 points compared to last year, taking 28th place. Positions in the ranking were improved due to an increase in milk production by 15% or 3.6 thousand tons, livestock and poultry - by 16% or 101 tons.
Today, in agricultural formations of the region, daily milk yield is 77 tons, which is 13% higher than last year. In terms of productivity per cow, the district is in 16th place in the national ranking with a milk yield of 19.3 kg.
At the end of his speech, Marat Zyabbarov thanked all residents of the district for their worthy contribution to the socio-economic development of the Aksubaevsky district and the Republic of Tatarstan.
